I am a designer with work experience in a wide range of roles in the architecture and engineering industry. This includes design, instruction, fabrication, construction documentation, and some construction administration.
I approach life and design through paranoid critical tinkering: I break buildings, objects, processes, ideas, etc. down into parts, investigate how they work, explore assembling them in rational and irrational ways, make rational and irrational alterations, and discover rational and irrational design solutions.
I received a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago (2015) and a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology (2012). I am also a licensed architect in the state of Illinois, and hold WELL AP and LEED AP BD+C accreditations.
